A: We are Shenzhen Gaodas Electronics Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer with over 15 years of global export experience (since 2009). We specialize in the R&D, production, and export of high-quality audio products, including Bluetooth speakers, Karaoke microphones, and lavalier microphones. We also provide comprehensive OEM/ODM solutions.

Q: What is your production capacity and can you handle flexible order quantities?

A: We own factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan, equipped with 7 professional automated production lines. Our daily capacity ranges from 6,000 to 8,000 units. We support both large-volume orders and small-batch customization, with a low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) friendly policy.

Q: Can you provide OEM/ODM services? What can be customized?

A: Yes, we have been deeply involved in OEM/ODM for over 15 years. We support customization in LOGO (laser engraving, silk printing), colors (Pantone colors), packaging (gift boxes, retail packaging), and functional aspects such as EQ sound effects, voice prompts, and button layouts. We also offer private mold development.

Q: Does your product have international certifications for the EU and US markets?

A: Absolutely. We hold a complete range of international certifications to ensure market entry compliance. This includes FCC ID for the USA, CE-RED & RoHS for the EU, UKCA-RED for the UK, IC for Canada, PSE/TELEC for Japan, and KC for South Korea. We also have ISO 9001 and BSCI certifications.

Q: What is your quality control process like?

A: Quality is our core standard. We have a 15+ person dedicated QC team executing a four-level inspection system: IQC (Incoming), IPQC (In-process), FQC (Final), and OQC (Outgoing). We also have a self-built lab for EMC, safety, and battery testing. Every batch is traceable, and we provide aging tests (72 hours+).

Q: What trade terms and shipping methods do you support?

A: We support various Incoterms® 2020 including EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP. For shipping, we offer international express (DHL/FedEx for samples), Sea Freight (FCL/LCL for bulk), and the China-Europe Railway Express.
